Mental Edge!

Whether it’s school bullies, peer pressure to use drugs, dating violence or campus shooting sprees, those with The Mental Edge are the ones who have the best chance to make decisive and speedy decisions for self-defense!

Cho Seung-Hui, the Virginia Tech. Murderer, reportedly spent nearly 200 rounds to kill 9 people on one of his sprees. That’s about 20 bullets per person! This tells us that his angry, frustrated thinking was confused to the point that he couldn’t even aim straight. Someone with The Mental Edge may have been able to end this rampage before it was a massacre.

Courtesy

Students should always practice the elements of courtesy to build up their noble character by showing traits of chivalry, consideration, and generosity to others inside & outside of classes.

Self-Control

This tenet is extremely important. By having the student show mind & body discipline to exercise a restraint not only in one’s actions, but also one’s thoughts & emotions in which traits of modesty & humility grow.

Indomitable Spirit

If confronted with an injustice, the serious student will deal with an opponent or obstacle without any fear or hesitation at all, regardless of whosoever, whatsoever, and however many the number may be.
